Land Acquisition and Resettlement Action Plan (LARAP) Training

Land Acquisition and Resettlement Action Plan (LARAP) Training is a professional training program designed to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to plan and implement land acquisition and resettlement activities while minimizing their social impacts. The training covers the legal framework for land acquisition, socio-economic census and asset inventory, compensation valuation, livelihood restoration, preparation of Land Acquisition and Resettlement Action Plan (LARAP) documents, and grievance redress mechanisms. The curriculum is aligned with Indonesia's land acquisition regulations as well as the environmental and social safeguard standards of international financing institutions.

The program is intended for land acquisition teams, project implementation units, government agencies, consultants, and other professionals involved in infrastructure development and land management. Upon completion, participants will be able to prepare and implement LARAP documents that comply with national regulations and international lender requirements, ensuring fair compensation, effective stakeholder engagement, and sustainable livelihood restoration for project-affected communities.
