Tanah Begitu Berharga
Tanah memiliki nilai yang sangat penting bagi semua pihak yang terdampak pengadaan tanah. Oleh karena itu, regulasi pengadaan tanah menegaskan perlunya pemberian ganti kerugian yang layak dan adil. Standar Penilaian Indonesia (SPI) 204 dan Pedoman Penilaian Indonesia (PPI) 04 telah menetapkan prinsip-prinsip penilaian tanah berdasarkan kelayakan dan keadilan. Namun, tantangannya adalah bagaimana menerapkan prinsip tersebut di lapangan, mengingat kondisi dan persepsi tanah berbeda di berbagai daerah. Oleh sebab itu, perlu terus dilakukan pemikiran serius agar ganti kerugian yang diberikan benar-benar mencerminkan kelayakan dan keadilan bagi pihak yang berhak.
