PTVI - Penlok Bahodopi & Penlok/LARAP/FEL3 (ESIA) Pomalaa & Bahodopi
This project supports PT Vale Indonesia in ensuring that project implementation fully considers environmental and social impacts and risks, with particular focus on the Land Acquisition and Resettlement Action Plan (LARAP), FEL3, and DPPT processes. The assignment covers the entire land acquisition cycle—from early planning (DPPT), preparation (PENLOK), implementation (compensation), through to the submission and certification of results—in compliance with ATR/Ka BPN Regulation No. 19/2021.
Our Role in the Project
Planning Stage (DPPT)
Preparing comprehensive land acquisition planning documents to provide a strong foundation for the process.
Preparation Stage (PENLOK)
Facilitating the preparatory steps to ensure clarity, transparency, and readiness for implementation.
Implementation Stage
Supporting the execution of land acquisition, including compensation payments and release of land rights from stakeholders.
Submission & Certification
Compiling and submitting the final results of land acquisition for certification in accordance with applicable regulations.
