Preparation of Masterplan Document, KKPR and Industrial Business License (IUI/IUKI) Management for Takalar Industrial Area

This consultancy focuses on the preparation of the masterplan document and management of spatial and licensing requirements for the development of the Takalar Industrial Area in South Sulawesi. The assignment includes preparing the Feasibility Study (FS), obtaining the KKPR (Kesesuaian Kegiatan Pemanfaatan Ruang), and managing the Industrial Business License (IUI/IUKI) process in accordance with national regulations and regional development policies.

The project aims to provide a comprehensive spatial, technical, and regulatory framework to support the sustainable growth of Takalar’s industrial zone as a strategic regional investment hub. The study covers site suitability analysis, infrastructure layout planning, environmental and social considerations, and integration with local economic development programs.

Through this work, the consultancy supports the acceleration of industrial area readiness by ensuring compliance with Indonesia’s licensing system (OSS RBA), enhancing investment feasibility, and promoting balanced industrial development aligned with environmental and spatial governance principles.
