Location Determination and Land Acquisition Planning Documents — Penlok Bahodopi & Penlok/LARAP-FEL3 (ESIA) Pomalaa
In support of the strategic nickel-smelting and processing development at Bahodopi (Central Sulawesi) and Pomalaa (Southeast Sulawesi), this consultancy assignment provides independent services for location determination (Penlok), preparation of land acquisition planning documents (LARAP/FEL3), and Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for the two sites.
The scope includes:

Determining and validating optimal locations for project infrastructure at Bahodopi and Pomalaa (Penlok tasks).

Conducting land acquisition planning (LARAP/FEL3) including inventory of losses, entitlement frameworks, and resettlement strategy.

Undertaking ESIA in alignment with national and international safeguard standards—assessing environmental and social risks, stakeholder impacts, and mitigation measures.

Designing grievance redress mechanism (GRM) and stakeholder engagement plan (SEP) to ensure community participation and responsiveness during land acquisition, relocation or compensation processes.

Supporting the client in obtaining necessary environmental permits and aligning with regulatory and corporate sustainability requirements.
