Overview

Equator provided consultancy services for the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment (AMDAL), Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP), Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), and Traffic Impact Assessment (ANDALALIN) to support the development of a healthcare facility in South Jakarta, Special Capital Region of Jakarta.

The scope of work included environmental and social impact identification and assessment, preparation of environmental management and monitoring plans, land acquisition and resettlement assessment where applicable, and evaluation of potential impacts on the surrounding transportation network. All deliverables were prepared in accordance with applicable Indonesian regulations while aligning with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) and its Environmental and Social Standards (ESS).
