Preparation of Land Acquisition Planning Document (DPPT) and Feasibility Study for Kamal (North Jakarta) and Rawa Lindung (South Jakarta) Reservoir Development Plan

This consultancy project supports the Jakarta Provincial Government through the Department of Water Resources (Dinas SDA) in preparing the Feasibility Study and Land Acquisition Planning Document (DPPT) for the proposed development of Kamal Reservoir in North Jakarta and Rawa Lindung Reservoir in South Jakarta. The study aims to evaluate the technical, environmental, and socio-economic feasibility of the reservoir development, including land acquisition requirements, resettlement implications, and environmental management measures.

The DPPT component involves mapping affected land parcels, identifying ownership, and estimating compensation needs in accordance with Indonesia’s land acquisition regulations and social safeguard principles. The feasibility study further assesses hydrological functions, engineering design alternatives, and potential social and environmental impacts.

By integrating technical, social, and environmental analyses, this project provides a comprehensive planning framework to support sustainable urban water management and flood control infrastructure in Jakarta.
