Preparation of Land Acquisition Planning Document (DPPT) and Feasibility Study for Kebagusan (South Jakarta), Jati Kramat (East Jakarta), and Duren Tiga (South Jakarta) Reservoir Development Plan

This consultancy supports the Jakarta Provincial Government’s Department of Water Resources (Dinas SDA) in the preparation of the Feasibility Study (FS) and Land Acquisition Planning Documents (DPPT) for the proposed development of three strategic urban reservoirs: Kebagusan, Jati Kramat, and Duren Tiga.

The study aims to assess the technical, environmental, and socio-economic feasibility of reservoir construction as part of Jakarta’s flood mitigation and water resource management initiatives. The DPPT component focuses on identifying affected land parcels, ownership structures, and estimating compensation requirements in compliance with Indonesia’s land acquisition framework and social safeguard principles.

Through integrated analysis covering engineering, environmental, and social aspects, this project provides a comprehensive planning foundation for sustainable urban reservoir development—supporting improved flood control capacity, groundwater recharge, and water security in Jakarta.
