UKL-UPL Application Document Preparation Services for Forest Area Utilization Permit (PPPKH) – PT DMP Gold Mining Exploration Activities (PT Woyla Aceh Minerals, JV with PT Ayamaru Bakti Pertiwi)
This consultancy provides Environmental Document Preparation Services (UKL-UPL) to support the Forest Area Utilization Permit (PPPKH) application for gold mining exploration activities operated by PT DMP under PT Woyla Aceh Minerals, in joint venture with PT Ayamaru Bakti Pertiwi.
The assignment involves preparing environmental management (UKL) and environmental monitoring (UPL) documents in accordance with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) and provincial permitting requirements. The study assesses potential environmental impacts of exploration works, including land clearing, access road development, and drilling activities within the designated forest area.
By ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and PPPKH requirements, this project enables the client to obtain the necessary permits for exploration while promoting responsible mineral resource management, environmental protection, and sustainable forestry practices in Aceh Province.
